Dear Britney Spears:
You are a hot mess.
But I still adore you.
Keep on keeping on…just maybe not so trashy, and maybe a lip liner, and one less accessory, and learn how to apply fake lashes, and brush those extensions.
The gum chomping, however, loving that!
